2 The defendant does not admit the allegations in paragraph 2. During the months of May,
June and July 20xx the plaintiff failed to complete the website and provide IT support
services. The defendant contacted the plaintiff on a number of occasions for support and the
plaintiff failed to return the calls. The system constantly crashes.
3 The defendant admits the allegations in paragraph 3.
4 The defendant denies the allegations in paragraph 4. The total claimed by the plaintiff is not
outstanding, as the plaintiff has not completed the work agreed to be performed in the
months of June and July 20xx has not been completed by the plaintiff.
5 The defendant admits that work done in May 20xx was in accordance with the agreement.
