The reservation and cancellation rules applicable to your Club Membership are set forth in your Club Membership
Agreement. Please contact your Exclusive Ambassador (previously called Member Services Manager) with any
questions you have regarding these rules. In addition to the rules in your agreement, guidelines apply for booking
reservations at certain times, and specific rules apply for certain club destinations, as set forth below.
Guidelines For Booking Reservations On ER Compass Reservation Calendar
New weeks roll into the ER Compass reservation calendar every Thursday evening at 10:00 p.m. ET. To promote
fairness during these roll-in periods, ER Compass access is limited to one log-in per membership from 7:00 p.m. ET
through 11:00 p.m. ET each Thursday evening (note that Ultra members, who have two Priority Holiday tokens, are
permitted two log-ins when holiday weeks roll into the calendar). Here is important information and helpful tips to
improve your experience in booking a reservation as new weeks enter the calendar:
To help prevent the use of automated processes (i.e., “bots,” which are not permitted), you will be required
to enter displayed “CAPTCHA” text in an additional field as part of the reservation process. The “CAPTCHA
requirement will occur only after you establish a temporary hold on a reservation (i.e., after you have selected
your arrival and departure dates and the ER Compass system has informed you that you have 30 minutes to
definitively confirm the reservation), so this requirement will not slow you down as you enter the reservation
process.
When using the “Browse Calendars” function during high-demand periods like this roll-in, you may only browse
calendars for up to five destinations at a time. The “Browse Calendar” page will remind you of this limitation.
Please do not repeatedly refresh your screen if the page loads slowly—doing so will only slow the page-loading
process, which in turn will slow your ability to make your desired reservation.
During the limited log-in period (from 7:00 pm ET through 11:00 pm ET), it is important that you exit ER
Compass only by manually logging out, rather than by closing the browser tab or the window running your
ER Compass session. Your login session will NOT automatically end if you simply close your browser tab or
window, and as a result the system will consider your membership still logged in and will not allow you access
back into ER Compass until well after the roll-in period is over. To properly end your ER Compass session during
the limited log-in period, you must click the “Sign Out” link in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
As always, your Exclusive Ambassador can assist with any questions you may have.
Exclusive Journeys (Formerly Called Once In A Lifetime)
Exclusive Journey experiences are governed by separate terms and conditions from your Club Membership
Agreement, including a dierent cancellation policy and daily fees. Please click here to view the Exclusive Journeys
terms and conditions.
The World
The World is a luxury cruise ship on which the club oers extraordinary residences. Due to the unique structure of
the itinerary of The World, reservations will only be taken over the phone. Reservations can be made by calling your
Exclusive Ambassador.
Members may not make reservations available to third parties.
Because the ship is constantly moving and porting in dierent cities, we do not require Sunday to Sunday arrival and
departure patterns for Advanced Reservations.
The Availability Policy does not apply to The World, as all reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis
once it is released to the membership. This is a unique property with limited inventory that we can not replicate.
Members may reserve voyages as far in advance as The World’s current itinerary allows using an Advanced
Reservation.
Trump International Hotel & Towers, New York
Club members may not make reservations at more than one residence in the Trump during a given consecutive
period. The hotel will not permit members to reserve one night in one residence and the second night in a dierent
residence.

Use Data
If you use our Websites, we may collect non-personally identifiable information about your use of the Websites (such
as IP addresses, domains, browser type and version, and operating system) (“Use Data”).
Cookies and IP Addresses
ER Group may use cookies to collect information. A cookie is a small text file stored on a user’s computer that
contains information about the user. The ER Group, along with third party marketing partners, may use session
ID and/or persistent cookies, invisible pixels and web beacons. For the session ID cookie, once a user closes the
browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on a user’s hard drive for an
extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. By
showing how and when you use our Websites, cookies help us see which areas are popular and which are not and
help in targeting information based on your interests. Cookies also allow us to store the personal preferences that you
set during each visit to our Websites, which in turn allows us to speed up your future activities at our Websites.

period at the end of this sentence. In addition, we may use clear GIFs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which
emails have been opened by the recipients.
Do Not Track Signals

Other Fees
As provided in each Club Membership Agreement, the Club reserves the right to charge certain fees in addition to
Annual Dues. These fees are posted on this ER Compass page and are subject to change from time to time. Eective
as of January 1, 2014 and continuing through 2014, these fees are as listed below, unless otherwise changed and
posted. Please note that this page includes summary information only. Additional terms and conditions regarding
these fees can be found in each member’s individual Club Membership Agreement, and the terms and conditions
applicable to the programs described.
Additional Space Available Day Rate
Once members have reserved all of their Plan Days for a Membership Year, they are permitted to purchase an
unlimited number of additional days, on a Space Available Reservation basis (under the Space Available Window in
their Club Membership Agreement), for use during that Membership Year at the Additional Space Available Day Rate.
Through membership renewal dates in 2014, and continuing through the end of 2014, this rate will be $1,500 per-day.
If you expect to travel more with the Club during your next Membership Year, please keep in mind that upon your
membership renewal, you can elect additional Plan Days in increments of 10 (up to the maximum permitted under
your membership plan). This is a significantly better per-day rate than buying additional days one-by-one, plus you
receive an additional Advanced Reservation for every 10 plan days you elect.
Destination-Specific Fees
A fee applies to Club travel at the following destinations to help cover certain additional costs that the Club incurs:
Miraval Arizona: Due to the unique features of this destination, a fee of $250 per-person per-day applies to Club
vacations at this top-rated resort and spa. The fee includes all meals and one $150 activity credit per-day that can
be applied to spa treatments, daily activities, one-on-one consultations and private activities.
The World: Due to the unique features of this destination, a $495 per-cabin, per-day fee applies to Club
vacations on this luxurious private cruise ship through December 31, 2014. Please note that some dates of travel
in 2015 take place during the ship’s “Expeditions” in Western Africa, Greenland and Antarctica - the per-cabin,
per-day fee for travel onboard during those 2015 “Expeditions” will be $995 (will apply only to nights the ship has
designated as part of an “Expedition” - for any additional nights during your reservation in 2015 either before or
after one of these “Expeditions,” you will be charged the standard per-cabin per-day fee (currently $495)).
Yachting in the Caribbean: Due to the unique features of this chartered yacht experience, an experience fee
applies to all reservations onboard Perfect Harmony and Sea Legend. The fee ranges from $50,000 to $60,000
(in addition to applicable Plan Days and Priority Holiday Reservation, where required), depending on the yacht
and dates of travel reserved. The fee includes all fuel, all docking and moorage fees, a crew of four, gratuities, all
meals and beverages, and more.
2015 European Villas Fees
Because we have incorporated added services and trip-specific benefits in addition to securing exceptional private
villas on Mallorca and prime oceanview residences in Greece and Croatia during the peak European travel season,
our 2015 European Villas require a per-residence Daily Fee. The specific amount varies based on the villa selected.
Please see the Corfu, Greece; Dalmatian Coast, Croatia; Algarve, Portugal; Amalfi Coast, Italy; or French Riviera,
France details here on ER Compass for specific Daily Fee information per villa.
2015 Caribbean Villas Fees
Because we have incorporated added services and trip-specific benefits in addition to securing exceptional private

Other Fees
Government Fees, Taxes & Surcharges
Some jurisdictions where the Club operates impose occupancy and similar use taxes and fees, which members are
required to pay. For member convenience, each calendar year the Club charges an amount upon renewal to cover
these costs. For 2014, this amount is $20 per-Plan Day for all members.

Pre-arrival grocery shopping requests submitted to the Club’s Exclusive Concierge through ER Compass at least
48 hours in advance of arrival date are complimentary. Each grocery shopping request submitted after that time
