Electrical Appliance Clause

In consideration of payment of an additional premium as stated in schedule to the

policy. It is hereby agreed and declared that notwithstanding anything contained to the

contrary in the policy or in any conditions, the insurance under the policy shall extend to

cover the loss, destruction or damage to any electrical machine, apparatus, fixtures or

fittings arising from or occasioned by over running, excessive pressure, short circuiting,

arcing, self-heating or leakage of electricity from whatever cause ( lightening included )
