Thank you for applying to Elevation CLT’s (ECLT) Homeownership Program. Now that your application has

been reviewed by staff and you have a pending qualification, that last step in becoming a qualified applicant

with ECLT is to upload a lender pre-qualification or pre-approval letter. When you contact one of our

Participating Mortgage Lenders, please request that the pre-qualification letter or pre-approval letter lists the

maximum mortgage amount for which you qualify – DO NOT get qualified based on the price of a specific

ECLT home for sale. This is important, because our homes are sold to qualified applicants on a rolling basis, a

home you may have seen listed for sale may no longer be available when you are ready to purchase.
