CHILD POLICY:
A child aged below 12 years old (<12) at the time of check-in
date sharing a bed with his or her parents is at no additional
charge. Daily buffet breakfast shall be included if the parents
reserve a room with breakfast plan based on double
occupancy rate. In case of a request of a rollaway bed, an
additional charge at THB 1,500 Nett shall be applied per
rollaway bed per night.
A child aged equal to or greater than 12 years old (≥12) at the
time of check-in date is considered as Adult. If he or she is a
third adult or occupant is at THB 1,500 Nett per person per
night, inclusive of an extra rollaway bed. Daily buffet breakfast
shall be included if a room is served with a breakfast plan.
CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Cancellation made by 18 August 2024 is of no penalty charge.
Cancellation made after 18 August 2024 (from 19 August 2024
onwards) is subject to one-night penalty fee, charged to the credit
card detail provided in this form.
No-show, failure to check in upon arrival date, cancellation
upon arrival date is subject to a whole-period penalty fee, charged
to the credit card detail provided in this form.
Shortening period of stay after 18 August 2024 (from 19 August
2024 onwards) is not allowed. The hotel shall charge as per the
original length of stay of particular bookings to Individual Account.,
charged to the credit card detail provided in this form.
ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY
All room types can accommodate a maximum of 2 Adults with
2 Children aged less than 12 years old (<12) or a maximum
of 3 Adults with 1 Child aged less than 12 years old (<12).
Additional charge for other particular charges such as rollway
bed or breakfast may be applied.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in time is at 14:00 HRS. Should the accommodation be
required earlier than 14:00 HRS, making a reservation to cover a
prior night is suggested and subject to one-night charge.
Check-out time is at 12:00 HRS. Should the accommodation be
required later than 12:00 HRS, a reservation covering the departure
night is required and subject to one-night charge.
Check-in guests are required to be registered with an official
document such as an ID card, a passport with immigration card,
or a driving license which is required by Thai Law.
The hotel may require individual’s security deposit upon arrival to
guarantee their room and/or incidental expenses.
SMOKING POLICY
All the guestrooms at Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke are
non-smoking. Smoking detected in the guestrooms is subject
to minimum penalty fee at THB 5,000 Nett/ room.
