Operation and maintenance status of the collection system and

and collection system have been operated to maximize the flow to
Blue Plains within the constraints of the system. During the period
covered by this report, the daily peak influent rate to Complete
Treatment exceeded 555 mgd, the rate established in the NPDES
permit.
